The analytics that 19thMile generates is used to provide algorithm driven sales coaching to sales representatives. Data-driven sales coaching deals with the risks and provides early warnings. These instructions support the representatives even if they don’t get inputs from their managers which, in turn, help the managers focus on the higher-order issues.

19thMile is completely configurable through a web interface. It’s flexible enough to hold different types of sales process across the industries. All the parameters that the app works on such as structure, role, metrics, and targets are easily configured.
