The rise of online travel agents(OTA) has transformed our approach to travel. Despite CRM solutions promising to deliver dramatic improvements across verticals, Zubin shares that the hospitality industry has been particularly reluctant in adopting such technologies; the prime reason being lack of awareness. Hence, Bingo Forge takes a consultative approach whereby the company educates and handholds hotels throughout the journey. Connecting to a GDS network is crucial in the hospitality industry. However, it has been observed that many hotels, especially in India, are unaware of what their content looks like on the GDS. With inaccurate information and rates, this could result in hotels losing out big on the sales.
